Get present to the stress in our lives and the effects it is having on every level.
Get present to what it means to take care of yourself.
Develop an understanding of the difference between taking care of yourself and having “me time” (if there is a difference).
Learn how to incorporate these things into our lives.

• Meditation for World Service
• Teach and Practice all 3 Reiki Attunements
• Go over what to cover in all three Reiki classes
• Students teach selected segment
• Needed materials

*It is important to come to Reiki Classes well rested, as there is much to integrate into the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
